The Value of Thinking About What You Think About
Charles Stanley wrote a wonderful page on attitudes that I recited daily to my eager daughters. He starts by sharing, "The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life." A positive attitude makes a tremendous difference on our levels of joy and happiness. The thoughts that we think propel us into life-giving or life-taking directions. In this 20 minute affirmations recording, we've compiled various expressions and thoughts that we meditate regularly on. We hope by sharing, we can support you in developing your thinking strategies for your own Whole Health Journey. Listen to it as often as you can and witness the difference in your mood and feeling.
